Strength Training Designed Just for Women Over 45

This 8-week, in-person program is built for women who may be new to strength training or getting back after time away.

With safe, effective workouts in a supportive environment, you’ll build muscle, protect your bones, improve balance, and gain the confidence to keep doing the things you love.

in-person Class Details & Pricing

  • 1 Class Per Week for 8 Weeks: $199

  • 2 Classes Per Week for 8 Weeks: $359

Class Times at AP Training Gym (choose your slot):

  • Mondays 8–9am

  • Tuesdays 9–10am

  • Wednesdays 7–8am or 8–9am

  • Fridays 8–9am

  • Saturdays 8:15–9:15am or 9:30–10:30am

These are set classes, not drop-in.

Decide if you’d like to attend 1 or 2 classes per week. Both options give you expert guidance, just choose what fits best with your schedule and goals.

Reserve Your Class Time

Select the day and time that works for you from the available schedule. Once you reserve your spot, that becomes your class.

Other In-Person Strength & Conditioning Classes

Looking for more flexibility? Join Anna’s drop-in style classes that combine strength training and conditioning with equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, sleds, and TRX straps.

Class Schedule

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays: 8–9am

  • Tuesdays & Fridays: 12–1pm

  • Saturdays: 7–8am

Pricing

  • $90 for 5 Classes
